領先金融服務平台SoFi 透過與Social Capital Hedosophia V企業合併正式上市

San Francisco & Palo Alto, Calif. – 2021年5月28日 – 領先金融服務平台Social Finance, Inc.和特殊目的收購公司Social Capital Hedosophia Holdings Corp. V (NYSE: IPOE) (簡稱”SCH”)在今天完成早前宣布的SoFi上市交易。是次交易組成了領先、以客戶為中心而且公開上市交易的SoFi Technologies, Inc. (“SoFi”或“公司”)。這所合併的公司在2021年6月1日於納斯達克全球精選市場(The Nasdaq Global Select Market，“Nasdaq”) 分別以股票代號“SOFI”代表普通股及“SOFIW” 代表SoFi認股證 (窩輪)上市。

SoFi在是次交易中集資大約24億美元現金，以推動業務增長、市場擴展和新產品的開發，並加快公司擴展地域業務的計劃及建立第一個數碼一站式服務，讓會員可以借貸、儲蓄、消費、投資和保障他們的金錢。SCH股東已在2021年5月27日股東大會上通過該交易。首席執行官Anthony Noto和SoFi的管理團隊將會繼續管理此合併的公司。
