Starting July 2, 2024, you can choose your preferred cashback plan by the end of each month. The options include:

A. HK Cashback Plan

B. US Cashback Plan

C. SoFi Points Earning Plan

Your registered cashback plan at the end of the previous month carries forward as the next month’s active cashback plan. To swap to a different plan ensure that you change your selection before the start of the coming month.

We designed this program with your needs in mind, offering you the control to customize your cashback plan. We encourage you to review the details carefully and select the plan that best suits your trading habits.

Cashback FAQs:

1. How do I earn cashback?

Simply register a cashback plan that suits your trading habits, complete the required goals, and you are earning your cashback*.

2. How long does it take to receive my cashback?

You will receive your entitled cashback no later than 5 business days after the end of the month.

3. Can I change my cashback plan?

You can change your cashback plan. However, once the new month begins, you cannot modify the selected cashback plan for the previous month.

For example, let’s say you chose the HK Cashback Plan on July 10, 2024. The HK Cashback Plan would then become your default plan for August as well.

You can switch to the US Cashback Plan or SoFi Points Earning Plan for August, but you should do so between August 2, 2024 and August 31, 2024. Remember, you can change plans only for the current and future months. You cannot retroactively change the plan chosen for prior months. The first working day of each month is a blackout day and you are not able to modify your cashback plan.

4. If I do not register a plan, will I be entitled to the cashback?

If you do not register a cashback plan, you will not be entitled to receive any cashback rewards. You need to enroll successfully in a plan to earn any cashback within the promotional period.
