Infrastructure Bond ：9 Fee Waiver

In celebration of the Hong Kong government’s issuance of the Infrastructure Bond, you can enjoy a 9 fee waiver when subscribing through the SoFi Hong Kong app. Bond interest rate is linked to local inflation, guaranteed to be no less than 3.5%, paid semi-annually. Additionally, the bond will be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, providing investors with greater flexibility in their strategies.

• Interest Rate: Linked to local inflation rate, but minimum 3.5% fixed rate is guaranteed
• Minimum Investment: HK$10,000 per lot
• Tenure: 3 years, with interest paid semi-annually
• Issue Amount: HK$20 billion, maximum HK$25 billion
• Subscription Requirement: Aged 18 or above and valid HKID holder
• SoFi application start date: November 26, 2024 at 9:30 am
• SoFi application deadline: December 5, 2024 at 9:00 am
• Listing Date: December 18, 2024 on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange with secondary market trading available (Stock Code : 4286）

What is an Infrastructure Bond?

An Infrastructure Bond is a fixed-income product that provides interest returns to bondholders. The funds raised will be specifically used to fund one or more of the “Eligible Projects” as defined in the Infrastructure Bond Framework, aimed at promoting sustainable development in Hong Kong.

• Deposit Tips: Use eDDA for instant deposits without needing to upload transfer receipts; funds will be immediately available for trading.
• SoFi Points: Deposit HK$15,000 = 10 points, HK$30,000 = 20 points, HK$60,000 = 45 points.

2. In the [Available] Tab, select Infrastructure Bond : Stock Code 4286
3. Review IPO details and prospectus then click [Apply]
4. Select the quantity you would like to apply for, agree to the eIPO Terms of Use, and finally click [Confirm]
5. Review details then click [Submit]
6. Application submitted
